Quotation requests and enquiries
When you request a quotation, we receive the contact and project details you choose to submit, including your name, phone number, service requirements and any optional company details, email address, location, dimensions or files. We use these details to assess your requirements, prepare a quotation and follow up using your preferred contact method.
Quotation form submissions and attachments are sent to our business email inbox and a company-managed Gmail inbox so our team can respond. Website hosting and email providers process this information as part of delivering these services. Please upload only material relevant to your project and avoid including unnecessary personal information in drawings or site photographs.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or a social platform, that service also processes your information under its own privacy policy. To ask about information in an enquiry, request a correction or request deletion, email info@zahidsignads.com. Requests are considered subject to applicable legal, contractual and record-keeping requirements.
Comments
Where commenting is available, when visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
Images published publicly on this website can be downloaded by visitors. Avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) or private information in images intended for public use. Files submitted with a quotation request are received as enquiry attachments; submitting a file does not itself publish it as a project photograph.
